Busy Day; Aided by Heroes
What heroes you ask? Heroes of Might and Magic of course! Cheesy puns aside, the day was absolutely hellish, beginning with a rush job on a communication course hour long presentation, and ending with write-ups on various subjects ranging from the fall of the Roman Empire to the ideas surrounding Milton’s Paradise Lost. What keeps me on the straight and narrow, however strange it seems, is the idea of video games and their absolute potential to brighten a day and to unlock the creative juices in any given individual. Therefore, I have decided to play Heroes of Might and Magic III tonight as my wind-down solution, a treat which should easily yield positivity in my life. Anyone who has not checked out the game most certainly has an obligation as a gamer and human being to settle down with a strategy that plays more fluidly and RPG-like than something like that of the Civilization series, though doesn’t trod too far down the path of innovation as to get swept away with the slew of overly inventive games such as Warlords IV and the such. Heroes of Might and Magic III will be a tough find, but check your local used video game retailer and they should hopefully have some additional information regarding the title. I will post again sometime later after a few games and let everyone know how my level of stress has dwindled and my level of game obsession has increased. Cheers!
